All courses can be paid in full or via monthly instalments. Direct Debit is the preferred method for instalments. The first instalment is due at enrolment, with subsequent payments on a fixed date each month.
Yes. We provide a range of payment options to suit different needs, including Standard, Fast Track, and Flexi plans. You can choose to pay in full or spread the cost in instalments, depending on the course and plan you select.
Yes. Select the monthly instalment plan on the course page at checkout. If you do not see the option, contact our admissions team.
A £10 administrative charge will be applied to your account. If you miss payments, we may take legal action to recover outstanding debt. Access to your course materials may be restricted until all payments are settled.
You may request a full refund only if you do not access Moodle within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once you access the course, it cannot be refunded. If we are unable to deliver a course, we will refund your fee in full.
Yes. The course fee covers all materials, tuition, and your certificate. You do not pay anything extra.
Where applicable, the Awarding Organisation Registration Fee must be paid separately within 20 days of enrolment and is not included in the instalment plan. Details will be provided at enrolment.

Yes. Promotional codes are issued periodically and appear on our website. Only one code can be applied per transaction, and codes cannot be combined. Discounts apply to tuition fees only, not awarding body registration fees.
No. Our courses do not qualify for government funding. However, we offer flexible monthly payment plans to make education more affordable.
You will receive a welcome email within 24 working hours containing your login details and instructions to access Moodle. You must complete your enrolment form within 14 days; otherwise, your access will be revoked. You will also receive the BEG Moodle Guide for Students.
Check your spam and junk folders. If the email does not arrive within 48 hours, contact our support team immediately.
Log in to Moodle using the username and password provided in your welcome email. Click the "Login" button, enter your details, and you will be directed to your course.
Your course includes books, templates, guides, discussion forums, and other resources designed to enhance your learning.
Navigate to the assignment section on Moodle and click submit. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your work. Once completed, your status will show as Submitted for grading.
Log in to Moodle and navigate to the assignment section. Your tutor's feedback and grade will be displayed there. You will receive notification when feedback is available.
Contact your tutor or support team immediately. They will advise you on how to correct the issue.
If you do not log in to Moodle for more than 60 days without prior arrangement, your enrolment may be terminated. Outstanding fees will remain payable. Contact us if you need to pause your studies.
Yes. Contact our support team to discuss your circumstances. Arrange any breaks in advance so we can document them.
The maximum duration is determined by your payment plan (typically 12 months from start date). If you need longer, you must request an extension and pay the re-registration fee before your access expires.
If you cannot complete your course within your payment plan period, you can request an extension by paying the re-registration fee specified on the course page. This covers system access and administrative costs. If you do not request an extension, your access will be revoked.

Visit the course page, click "Apply Now", and complete the online application form. Provide required documents (passport, ID, or driving licence in JPG, PDF, or PNG format). After approval, you will receive payment instructions. Once paid, you will be registered and given access to Moodle within three days.
Registration is open at all times. Register as early as possible to secure your place.
We respond to all applications within 72 hours via email confirming acceptance or rejection.
Not for all courses. Where interviews are required, we will contact you with scheduling options. If the proposed time does not work, you can request an alternative.

You may be required to demonstrate CEFR Level B2 English proficiency. You can either provide IELTS or equivalent certification, or take our free English assessment (marked within 72 hours). The assessment tests reading and writing.

If we are unable to deliver your course for any reason, we will provide a full refund with an apology. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued after course access is granted.
All personal data is end-to-end encrypted using SSL and TLS certificates. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2018. Your information is never shared with third parties except where legally required.
Yes. Once you complete your course, you can request account deactivation. We will retain essential information for compliance purposes, but you will receive no further communications.

All BEG courses are accredited by Ofqual-regulated awarding organisations and formally recognised on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). This means your qualification is fully recognised in the UK and globally, and is equivalent to the same qualification from any other UK provider.
TQT (Total Qualification Time) is the estimated time for the average learner to complete a qualification. GLH (Guided Learning Hours) is the time spent being taught or supervised by a tutor. Your actual completion time will depend on your individual effort and pace.
Most of our courses use written assignments to test your understanding of theoretical content. Some courses also include practical requirements. You will receive full guidance on assignment expectations when your course starts.

No. All BEG courses are delivered entirely online through Moodle. You do not need to attend a centre. If you need face-to-face support, you can arrange one-to-one sessions with your tutor.

This varies by course and is specified in your payment plan details. Tutors aim to grade submissions promptly and provide detailed feedback to help you improve.
Check your submission status on Moodle. If it shows "draft – not submitted", click submit to send it for grading. If it shows "submitted for grading" but has not been marked, contact your tutor or support team.
Yes. If you do not meet the required standard, your tutor will provide feedback on improvements needed. You can revise and resubmit as many times as necessary, provided you demonstrate progress and genuine effort to improve.
BEG has a strict plagiarism policy. Any instance of plagiarism or unethical use of AI will result in immediate termination of your enrolment without a refund. Outstanding fees remain payable. You will receive plagiarism guidance during induction.
You may use AI to generate ideas, but assignments must reflect your own original work and understanding. Assignments that are primarily AI-generated will be investigated and may result in immediate unenrolment without refund.
BEG does not tolerate harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other learners. If you engage in such conduct, we reserve the right to unenrol you immediately without refund. Outstanding payments will still be due.
Certificates are typically issued within 1–2 weeks of course completion (excluding public holidays). Certification timelines are governed by the awarding body's policies and cannot be expedited by BEG.
If you have not received your certificate within 2 weeks, contact our support team. Please ensure all instalments have been paid, as certificates are only issued once full payment is received.
Your certificate may display the name of the affiliated centre (for example, Britannia School of Leadership and Management Ltd) rather than Britannia School of Academics Ltd. This does not affect course accreditation or Ofqual recognition.
Replacement or duplicate certificates cost £50 (non-refundable). Contact our compliance team to arrange this.
